Because many of the businesses in this neighborhood surreptitiously support Solos and some companies, the area is volatile. They have a turf near the Docks, where they operate out of an abandoned building. You will be targeted at any other moment. If the Inquisitors are pursuing you, they will most likely overlook you and assault them instead.

They had a code of honor back when they were the Metal Warriors. A third of them are clinical Cyberpsychos, with the remaining third being borderline. Members of the Maelstrom wear leather and chrome, like obvious high-profile cyberware, and appear primitive and dangerous in general. While the Inquisitors are a particular focus for Maelstrom’s wrath, he will, of course, assault anyone else. It has also enlisted the help of members of the Red Chrome Legion and the Ironsights, both of which hold grudges against the Inquisitors.
What remained of the Metal Warriors, a gang that had been nearly wiped out by the Inquisitors, created a booster gang. V and Welles manage to flee, but Welles is killed and the Relic’s protective container is shattered, forcing V to implant the biochip into the cyberware in their heads. Yorinobu covers up the murder as a poisoning and sets off a security sweep in which Arasaka’s netrunners kill T-Bug. But, the scheme goes astray! They witness the assassination of the megacorp’s head Saburo Arasaka by his evil son Yorinobu. Dexter DeShawn, a local fixer, recruits V and Welles to steal a biochip known as “the Relic” from Arasaka Corporation in 2077.
